Speaker Bio Andrew Neitlich is the founder and director of the Center for Executive Coaching, a leading executive coach training and certification program and ICF ACTP. The Center for Executive Coaching has trained thousands of professionals in 32 countries in best-practice leadership coaching methods, tools, and processes. Andrew founded the program in 2002 after transitioning from a career in management consulting and receiving his MBA from Harvard Business School. His own coaching practice serves dynamic leaders in technology, finance, healthcare, and professional services. He is the author of three books in the best-selling Guerrilla Marketing series, including Guerrilla Marketing for Coaches. He is also the author of Coach!, and the developer of a pioneering collection of coaching toolkits for executive and business coaches. Andrew lives in Sarasota, Florida with his family.

Paul Bryson is the Director of Domestic Structuring at Virtuzone. For the past seven years, Paul has been helping international clients enter the UAE market and assisting local companies with corporate restructures.

Paul has assisted some of the largest multi-national companies enter the UAE market via effective corporate nominee models to protect the interest of foreign parties in their capacities as shareholders in local businesses, and has overseen 154% year on year growth in this hard-to-enter niche of the UAE formation market. Very few companies anywhere in the world offer this solution, which includes mastering 3200 separate activities, yet it is the go-to solution preferred for international conglomerates seeking to access the GCC, recommended by most Top 10 law firms, and now Paul is responsible for the largest ever sales force targeting this market.

He is currently in his third year on the board of directors of the British Business Group Dubai & Northern Emirates and works closely with the UK government in arranging trade missions to the UAE and UK.
