The Virtual ORSC Fundamentals Course is designed to accommodate the current changes in our world and to equip you with coach training skills in a virtual setting .

The Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching Fundamentals course explores a ground breaking model for coaching teams, families, couples and organisations. Whether your practice area is personal coaching, family therapy or business coaching, the ORSC Model will change the way you work. The course is fully supported to be delivered by qualified ORSC leaders.

The program includes the following:

  • 2 full days of Virtual Live experiential sessions delivered on Zoom
  • ORSC Student kit is fully supported with eLearning, pre and post- session work and all appropriate learning material
  • ORSC Fundamentals is an ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. You will receive an ICF accredited certificate upon completion
  • You will earn 12 CCEs upon completion of the program

 

Course Outcomes You Will Learn:

  • To guide your clients to establish or design their partnerships that they are better able to address their challenges
  • How to establish boundaries and limitations for your engagements while focusing on the common interests of your clients
  • How to work with toxic behaviour that naturally occurs in all partnerships and teams and learn how to work with conflict so that you may help your clients align around common issues and move forwards after conflict
  • How to help your clients reveal the roles and positions each team member holds during times of conflict or around particular topics, that will help them garner deeper insights that can direct their future growth
  • How to craft a narrative with your client that resonates deeply and helps them plot a course for change
